My first gaming rig, need help.

Hey, I'm making my first gaming rig and have found some parts which go under my budget and seem to go nice. I'm just wondering about compatibility with everything so i'm checking here with you guys. I'm looking to buy this stuff soon as i have the money and i'm using amazon to supply me.

I would like to stick to intel and nvidia. I was also not sure about going with the i5 2500k or the 3570k.

Would this setup be ok?

Would everything be compatible?

I am in need of a OS and was just wondering where i could get a torrent (windows 7) for it because i dont fancy buying a new OS?

1) Do not get that PSU. Get a cheaper 550w-600w.
2) I would go with the 3570K. It will take advantage of your motherboard's features.
3) Get more RAM. Get 8GB.
4) I woud not get the 560Ti. The 7850 demolishes it and is cheaper as well:

Also, sorry to say this, but this forum doesn't advocate nor help with piracy. If you need an OS, you could try looking for it on sale, or getting a copy of it cheap after Window 8 comes out. If you're a student, you can get it very cheap.

I would go with a Seasonic 520w modular unit. I would also say get 8GB of memory and go with the 64bit version of windows (I prefer the pro version of 7).
