Nvidia Surround setup question?

Can i use 2 DVI ports and 1 Display port?
The HDMI port on my gtx 680 aint working.

yes u can use it any dvi port for displaybut what happens to hdmi its only use for tv not monitor they use dvi port if its seriously not working by connecting in tv then the card have some trouble issue
