Two broadband internet connections on same computer

I have two broadband connection on my computer.1 is 128 kbs and other is 256 kbs.I want to know hw can i mix two IP that means 128+256= 384kbs.
my two broadband line provider same.
Please give me suggestion.

You'd need to get a router with dual WAN ports and load balancing.
