what kind of a pc are you putting together?

600watt seems overkill (says me who is using a 750watt)

The Corsair usually gets higher ratings here at Tom's. And it's 80 Plus Bronze rated as opposed to the 80 Plus rating of the Rosewill. But the Rosewill has slightly better (nameplate) amp/wattage ratings in the +12V rail. I have used that Rosewill in several budget builds and have never had an issue. They are all still running strong.
