The CX has slightly better numbers, but nothing anyone without a DMM will notice. Both are good power supplies, as they are rebranded Seasonics.

Correct. It has an extra 24W on the 12v rail. As said above they are basically the same so buy whichever is cheaper. That 24W is more or less meaningless in this case.

i would recommend the antec, as i have seen a trend of corsair's going bad lately.
