Hi! I bought these parts and put everything together. The problem is that only motherboards green light goes on and nothing else happens. I've tried to disassemble and assemble again, but it doesn't seem to help. What should I do next?

SSD: CSSD-F120GB3-BK 120GB Force 3
CPU: Ivy Bridge i5-3570K, LGA1155, 3.4GHz, 6MB, Boxed

Ok, I cleared RTC RAM and it worked. However I have to do it everytime I boot. Bios claims that RAM is only 1 GHz. But on Corsair's website they were claimed to be compatible.

Well, it will default to that speed, you have to activate XMP. And in monitoring programs (not the BIOS) it will show half your RAM speed because it is "double data-rate", thus if it said 1000 in a software monitoring program you would double that and get your actual rate.
