Need some help setting up my Flight Simulator Computer!

Thanks for taking the time to read this. I've been researching for months know and seem to have an understanding of what kind of set up I want for my gaming computer.

I just have a view questions before I commit.

Can the i7 3770 (3.90ghz) 8gb ddr2 ram, and the amd 7570 1gb ddr5 handle fsx or x-plane at almost max settings?

I also want to get 3 monitors to make the experience more surreal. Would the Dell IN2030M 20-Inch Screen LED-lit Monitor be good visually for a flight simulator? And can the Amd 7570 handle 3 monitors or would I have to upgrade to a better graphic card? Such as the 7770?
