Heat Problem

My laptop model: Compaq Presario CQ$)
Main issue upper side of Hitching area too much hot after changing Hitching unit newly. I am unable to keep my Left hand upon left side. Indicating beside CAPS LCK area too hot. FYI, I just given laptop one hardware specialist to repair heating problem. He has changed old Hitching material & given new Hitching material.
Now what should I do..?

I've never heard of that in relation to laptops or computers - what is this "Hitching material"?

Sorry, This Heat Sink part of laptop not heatching.
