A ALERT & RESTART LAPTOP AUTOMATIC

My Laptop Model COMPAQ PRESARIO CQ40.

Main issue sometimes it's showing a alert at right side of Bottom screen that:
" DISPLAY DRIVER STOPPED RESPONDING & HAS RECOVERED (Display Driver Intel Graphics Accelerator Drivers for windows Vista(R) stopped responding & has successfully recovered)

It's showing several times in a day & after 2-3 times computer restart automatic.
Pls. note I am using windows 7 now.
How can I solve this problem.? Appreciate your kind help.

when you boot into windows, open device manager and select your graphics driver and choose to uninstall it. then reboot. run windows update and it should update your graphics driver with the correct stable one for your system! good luck!!
