Having Issues...Please help

Ok I have built my own computer, specs are as follows:

i5 3570k Ivy (No Overclocking)
MSI Z77A-G45 Motherboard (2.6 BIOS)
(2x4GB) Crucial Ballistix DDR3 1600 (No Overclocking)
EVGA 1GB GeForce 670 FTW (No Overclocking)
Western Digitial Blue 500 GB HD (Sata III 6GB/s)
20 Inch AOC 1600x900 LED monitor


Ok my issues, about 50% of the time when I wake up the computer, I will get a Pen_Lst_Corrupt BSOD, and every now and then I will get a Memory_Mangement BSOD.

Whats Ive done: Memtest86 10 Passes on both sticks and individual sticks, no issues at all. Did a HD test with Western Digital testing software, no issue. Did a diskchk, no issues. Reinstalled windows, same BSOD's happening. All the latest and greatest drivers installed (had issues before this, and still have issues afterwards). Did a SFC check, no issues.

Im literally lost at this point, any help guys?

I suggest you try an ssd and not use the wake up feature anymore. I've had similar issues with newer boards. I power down completely. Booting up with a sata II or sata III ssd only takes about 15 seconds. I use ocz and patriot ssd's. try with 1 stick of memory installed and then try the other alone. then swap slots and try the memory again one at a time.......... disregard the other poster.

try running windows self memory tester...... google it if need be.

I have done windowsmemory tester, I will run memtest86 again on the sticks individually.
