Pc makes strange sounds

Hello,
My name is Aftaab Taimur. I live in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. I am a computer software expert and I m only 17 years old. I have a problem with my Computer. I think it is a hardware problem. When I switch on the computer, it beeps once at first to show everything is okay. But after a few seconds, it makes strange beeping sounds for 5 seconds, then switches off immediately. My pc is: AwardBIOS Intel pentium 4, 3.00 Ghz, Ram 1 GB. Can you please help me on this? My E-mail is aftaab16@hotmail.com.
