4.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 399MHz (6-6-6-18)

IAM GOING TO PURCHASE NVIDIA GTX 560TI.IS THERE ANY PROBLEM BUYING THIS CARD WITHOUT UPGRADING MY SYSTEM?,
AND WHAT IS THE USE OF PSU FOR GRAPHICS CARD?PLS GIVE ME THE RIGHT ANSWER.

Yes it will support both the card and the power supply.

A power supply unit - as you might have guessed - provides power needed for the graphics card to work.
