Cable Sleeving....

Hey I was hoping someone could give me some advice on where to buy good, quality cable sleeving for my PC. I have been looking around online and some of the kits are around 40 bucks. Is this pretty much standard for quality sleeving? If anyone knows of any good websites please let me know.


Also, is it possible to just use a hair dryer for the heat shrink?
