PC not detecting Roccat Kave 5.1 Headset.

Hello,

I've recently bought the Roccat Kave 5.1 headset but my computer does not seem to recognize it..
It recognizes my soundcard and my other headset (Microsoft lifechat lx-3000) which works just fine.
It has a USB and 4 plugs(Black, pink, green and yellow/orange), i've tried all the usb ports and tried the jacks on the front as well as on the back but nothing seems to work.
After that I tried to reinstall my soundcard (SB audigy) That didn't work either..
Can anyone help here?

The USB connection is just to give the headset the extra power it needs. The other plugs should go into the audio sockets on your computer with the same color connectors. The roccat kave is an analogue headset so you need to have 5.1 sound on your computer either through the onboard sound (assuming it is 5.1) or through a soundcard. I use my roccat kaves through a creative Z core 3d sound card and it is awesome for games,music and movies. To get the best from your headset i would recommend a sound card.
