CM pro gold 600W noise

Hi i have a coolermaster silent pro gold 600W for less than a year now and since last night it makes this weird noise rigt on the cord as if its getting electrecuted or as some would say get a small shock every 2 seconds.... it even did a really small spark once..... I just opened it to send this question.... I changed cords, i changed power source, (used the plug in the kitchen) I unplugged everything and left the power supply it self with nothing on it and it still makes that small screeching noise..... WTF is wrong????? pls help... Its mounted on a HAF X case with a 3570K OC'ed 4.2Ghz ASUS z77v deluxe board with a sapphire 7950 OC PLEASE HELP... Even my studying has to be done with my computer

exactly like it but its for 0.2 seconds stops and after a sec does that screech again and then stops and then instantly does it again but not for that long i mean the noise goes for like 0.1-0.2 seconds

Time for a new PSU.Unit is failing.

My son's CX500 , sounded like that and failed , about a moth later , he had it for about a year.

so what you are saying is while its under warranty i should get it checked
