Can this run Minecraft on high?

Probably not actually.
Those super-computers have unparalleled computational grunt, but likely no GPU power to speak of.
Its also probably running a uniquely made version of Linux, so I dont think Minecraft would even work unless they modified it or ran a virtual machine with Windows to play it in.

If your Hardware is pretty much compatible with game requirements than you have to go through some points before playing game.

>> Shut down all running updates
>> Remove all temporary files from your system
>> You must have enough memory on disc that can support your paging memory
>> Shut down all background running applications
