I7 3770k vs 3930k

I was wondering which, in your opinions, should i get?

I am going to be using the computer for heavy gaming/ small drawings (architectural drawings)

  1. If you're not doing any video editing/rendering that is going to take advantage of the hyperthread cores, get an I5 instead and save yourself money. The I5 and I7 will be identical in gaming performance wise.

    What is your total budget, country you live, etc. We can help you build a system around that. a $500+ processor is a total waste though. You could build an I5, RAM, Motherboard, case, PSU and probably Hard Drive for the price of that processor alone.
