My asus V7700 Deluxe captures only B&W!

Hi all,

I bought myself an Asus V7700 Deluxe a while ago, and today i decided to hook my camcorder up to the video in port, but as i have said, the picture comes out in black and white!

I hooked in my VHS machine to make sure it wasn't a problem with the camcorder....still black and white. I also tried all of the avaliable formats like Pal and NTSC, with no luck.

Is this a clever way of marketing the "Deluxe" video card by Asus,or am I just missing something?

Any help would be appreciated!

i have kyro 2 video card with tv out and when i try out put something from my pc to a tv i am always getting B&W picture. I think there is a problem with your tv and video card your video card can input different kind of NTSC signal than you video card outputs so that's why you are getting B&W pucture , so what i did is i am recordind averything on tape and then watching it on a tv, but in your case try to hook you video card through a comcorder or dvd player or try different tv.
