Yes it is all compatible. I know that you don't want suggestions, but the 550ti is the weak spot in your build. the HD 7770 beats it out in everything.

Thanks!, I know that but in my country I got this one for the same price than shipping from USA and with warranty here, so I don't spend 50$ to return it and 50$ to ship again here if something happens. But I'm not planning on gaming really heavy games like BF3.

No, mATX is fine. It just has less SATA ports and less PCI lanes. Everything should work.

Or if your stubborn like me, I just have an american hatred of small things.
Honestly, there is nothing wrong with an mATX Board, I just prefer ATX.
And the 550ti is indeed the weak spot in this, Breadwhistle is right in all of this.
