I do not recommend it Cooler master is known to be one of the worst supplier of power supplies only the silent pro series are reliable the rest has been proven time and time again to be garbage! Here is Guru3D's power supply recommendation:

Radeon HD 7770 - On your average system the card requires you to have a 450 Watt power supply unit.
Radeon HD 7770 Crossfire - On your average system the cards require you to have a 550 Watt power supply unit as minimum.

If you are going to overclock GPU or processor, then we do recommend you purchase something with some more stamina. Source: http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/his_radeon_hd_7770... I would NOT recommend skimping on a power supply i am telling you this because it's in your best of interest one of the most common mistakes i see almost daily is because of somebody buying a cheap not reliable power supply i suggest if you cannot afford a reliable trust worthy PSU then wait until you can there is no excusing it and yes i understand some people are poor or the country they live prices are ski high and there is limited choices still doesn't matter i suggest this one bud
