Bottleneck or not. Whatever you buy for $200 will be better than the 440.

I recommend getting the GTX 560Ti or the HD Radeon 7850. (2GB)

that 380 watt psu worries me.. its better if you upgrade your psu as well.. and that pentium is going to hold you back no matter what graphics you buy..hd5770 or gtx550 is the most that i would get.. both are significantly more powerful than gt440..

Yes it would PCI express standard is backwards compatible, which means any version works with any version, like 3.0 with 1.0 or 1.0 with 3.0.

My system uses pci express 2.0 x 16. That card would not work.
