Asrock B75- Dgs ($80) and i5 3570k OR Asrock B75m R2.0 (#100) and i5 3470.

Which is better if I wanted to overclock processor or the RAM(Gskill Sniper) ?
I plan to get a GTX 660 or a Ti version of it. I wont SLI.

In order to take advantage of the ability to overclock on the Intel® Core™ i5-3570K you are going to want to use a Z75 or Z77 chipset based board. I believe that the only thing that the B75 does is allow you to use faster memory (i.e. 1866 etc.) I would look at a board like the ASRock Z77 Extreme4.

Is it worth Overclocking the CPU and the RAM in the first place? Otherwise can you suggest a cheaper mobo with 2 SATA 6Gbps ports atleast, in case I get an SSD in the near future.
I'm just a 19 year old who wants to game a lot and do random stuff...

Overclocking the RAM? no it is really isnt worth it to pay for faster RAM. Now as far as the processor goes in a lot of case you can see a good performance improvement for something like gaming or video editing. You can step down to the ASRock Z77 Pro4 is about as low as you will want to go.

Now if you are not going to overclock or use the IGP (Integrated Graphics on Processor) than you can go with the Intel® Core™ i5-3570 and the boards you listed above.
