yes the power supply will work just fine in your hp.. as for the video card the HIS hd7750 is the best choice.. not only it does not require a separate pcie power connector but it is also the fastest among those three ..

Does that mean I don't need to upgrade psu if I have the HD 7750?

What is the difference b/w these two besides the size & fan/no fan? What is the difference b/w icooler & isilence (and better for my computer?)?

the icooler version has a fan to cool your gpu while the isilence is the fanless version and is passively cooled. for your pc isilence would be better as there would be no noise.. but you still should upgrade your psu just to be safe
