Is this a good Pc for its price?

Go with 2*8 stick of memory if you must use 16GB (8 should be plenty). For your power supply, go with a 620w modular unit from Seasonic, they are the best psu manufacturer. I would also go with an SSD for your OS, apps and games, as its much, much faster than a hard drisk. Minimum of 128GB. I like Samsung or Crucial. Use a hard disk to store everything else. The rest of your build looks good.
