HD 7750 and motion blur

hi

All my full hd videos is good enough to have motion blur effect (with my old GPU), however, the HD7750 (my new GPU) seem not to have that visual effect. Thus how can i hav the effect back?

by the way, my main drive was on service now, thus i used back a 8mb cache sata 2 3gb/s hdd to play the videos. (will this be the problem?)

What was your old GPU?
Have you uploaded any of those videos to the internet? Just to take a closer look at what you mean by 'motion blur' effect.
