recetly i decided to buy inno3d gt630 3d card .. the thing which wonders me a lot when i go through of inno3d gt630 specs i saw it has sddr3 ram.. i didn't heard this before... it's slower than gddr3...
whats the basic difference between gddr3 and sdd3 basically??? plz help

Nothing to worry about, basically they are both DDR3 and MHz for MHz they are equal.

o.k but i heared from somewhere the sddr3 is low performance as compered to gddr3???

It might be lower clocked and really does not matter on those low end cards.

dont have but want to buy nvidia inno3d gt440 thats have sddr3 ram

I suggest the GDDR5 or GDDR3, as I'm not too aware of SDDR3s.
Googling doesn't bring up much info either.

That's because its not sddr its gddr. Its either a typo or language thing. If you google that card with sddr you will find it says sddr in the title but gddr in the specs. Mostly on foreign language sites

I went on inno3d web site and all their gt 440 are gddr5.

I just went to the inno3d website too, and I don't find SDDR3 cards either.
