Cooling/Case question

First time builder! Looking to make the following comp, wondering if I need to buy a heatsink or any additional fans (assuming i hook up all the case fans. Also will this all fit in my case?

CPU: Intel i5 3570k
GPU: EVGA superclocked nVidia GTX 660
Mobo: ASUS p8v77-V Pro
Ram: G.Skillz DDR3 1600 2 x 4GB
Powersupply: Corsair Professional HX750W

HD: OCZ Vertex 3 VTX3-25SAT3-120G 2.5" 120GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

Vertex4 on the SSD
CPU needs a cooler for overclocking, Coolermaster Evo 212 and Noctua d14 are the best.
Not sure about your mobo (cant find it) and gpu ( would go for 7850/70 hands down )

Not asking for ways to save money, as it isnt an issue, can you please just answer the question? If not its appreciated if you refrain from commenting thanks!

listen to what im saying man, if you think you know everything why are you asking? It makes absolutely 0 sense to buy a k version processor and a z77 motherboard if your NOT overclocking.

Im not overclocking right at this moment, but i want to have the option to in the near furutre without upgrading anything.
