basically I have two issues with it..

1st : the Motherboard Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ---> UD5H
2nd : Video Card Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 3GB Video Card ---> GTX 670 FTW

does these two worth me to make the changes? This is a tough decision making
This is my first build tho, I dont think i'll upgrade it shortly. Im up in the air right now
PLease help!! My budget is $1000 tho but i really want it to be the best.

Your link doesn't work, for some reason, but to answer your specific queries.

Mobo: Does the UD5H actually have anything, that YOU want, that the UD5H. As far as I can see, the only significant differences, between them, are wi-fi, and different onboard sound. Everything else is probably irrelevant, in a gaming build. I don't know if one overclocks better than the other. You could check reviews, for any info, on that.
GPU's: Personally, I would be choosing between MSI TwinFrozr HD7950 and Gigabyte Windrush GTX670. There, the HD7950 is marginally better value for money across a broad range of games, and tends to overclock better. The GTX 670 tends to excel in some particular games, like BF3, Borderlands 2, Portal 2, Starcraft, Shogun.
