my systems graphics too low after installing windows 7

You most likly need to download the drivers for the system graphics since Windows would have loaded a generic driver and that won't allow the video chip to use it's full capacity. If using intergrated graphics then the motherboard resouirce cd would have the drivers on it. If not you'll have to identify the video controller and go to the manufacturers site for the drivers.
