Ram issues

I had to replace a bad PSU and I got a new case.
System specs 950 stock speed intel cooler
x58 sabertooth
reference 6950
corsair 600
corsair 90gig ssd 500gb hdd.
12gig ram its on the approved list.
I installed windows 7 after I formatted the ssd. I see only 4 gigs of ram.I had all of it befre It sees only 4gig in bios and in windows. cpuz sees all of it. I have the default ram profiles, no xmp. cpuz says the ram is in single channel. I updated the bios, no change. Also, when I put pc on sleep mode takes awhile to go to desktop will turn off and on a few times. Is this a windows 7 feature? How do I disable it?

did you check the complete ram settings in bios and this is a triple channel memory board try the mem ok button on the board check board user manual it help first for trouble shooting

I just did the defaults, I'll check the memok.

it could be in the wrong busses try the other two colors
