Will 5600+ fit?

Hello, i was wondering, will a AMD Athlon 64 X2 5600+ 2.8GHz (ADA5600IAA6CZ) AM2 Dual Core CPU fit/work in my MCP61PM-HM (Nettle2) motherboard???
