I have tried to install two different brands of SmartCard
readers on my computer. During the installation process,
I get the message: "There was a problem installing the
hardware: Generic STORAGE DEVICE USB DEVICE"

Then it reads: "An error has occured during the
installation of the device. One of the filter drivers
installed for this device is invalid"

It makes no difference if I use the intstall disk drivers
that come with the hardware or the defalt Windows
drivers. How can I solve this problem so as to properly
connect my reader?
