My Fractal Design Arc Midi case has a faulty front panel.

Is it worth it to get a replacement from Fractal Design just for a faulty front panel? If the email I sent to Fractal meant that I would receive an entirely brand new case, then I would have to re-do the entire build pretty much.

Here is what the email said:

Hi (my name),

I’m sorry to hear some of your ports aren’t working. I just need a few pieces of information and I can get your replacement sent out to you.

Then the rest of it is just a FedEx form to fill out my information.

Should I do this? Just as a note, everything else from my case works fine, but it's just some of the front panel ports don't work even after plugging in things correctly to the motherboard.
