Looking for best reliable cheap Gtaphics Card

My Dad brought a PC way back in 2006.
Now it is outdated. I told my dad that i want a brand new PC
but he doesn't agree with that. So I cant buy any new PC until the
old one is totally fried out.
So i am looking for a Graphics Card for my computer.

do you know if the pc has a pcie slot? can you tell us the make and model of the pc? also what power supply does the pc have?

Yeah i have a PCI slot... and i don't know what its power consumption?

no not pci....pcie,,,if yur system does not have a pcie slot there is really nothing you can do there is no point in putting money into it

The PCI-E X16 looks like the one in the picture. If you do have one, then you can get a nice graphics card to put in there. It would be helpful to put the model of the computer in the post somewhere so we know the watts of the PSU.
