Not sure what space I will have in my case for a CPU Cooler so I am waiting to buy after assembly.

Very nice system, no objections whatsoever. (actually, maybe the keyboard. PS/2 is a pretty old standard).

That case will support pretty much any air heatsink. Get either a Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO or Noctua NH-D14 depending on budget and how much you want to overclock.

Yes, PS/2 is an old standard, but it works better than usb - if you want n-key rollover, you have to use PS/2. On the other hand, this is coming from a mechanical keyboard fanatic, so...
