gpus arent supposed to come with cables, cables come with your monitor.

an average gpu box will consist of:

1. Gpu
2. Crossfire/sli bridge
3. Manual
4. Some odd promotion
5. Sometimes a sticker for your case
6. A CD of outdated drivers

certain vendors go as far as adding other stuff

1. Active Display adapter(display to dvi)
2. DVI to Vga adapter

It's not refurbished, it's much faster and it's not much more expensive (it's actually same price after rebates).

Wow alright thanks guys, feel really stupid now haha. And one more stupid question. Will these graphics cards fit on a micro mobo? I mean like, I know they'll connect, but will the graphics card just be to big in size or something?

With micro motherboard, it will be no problem. Your case might be too small, though.

Okay last question I promise! Is one pci express connector on my psu enough to power the graphics card? Because I've read some things where people say you need 2x.

Is 1x6+2 the same thing as normal 1x6?

Not really the same, it is both 6-pin and 8-pin in one. It will work in both 6-pin and 8-pin slots. In other words, it's more versatile, and yes, it will work for GTX 560 Ti/GTX 570.
