Does anyone know what happened to the Intel Core i7 3525m?

Last response: in CPUs

I was looking at a cpu comparison website the other day and noticed that it did not show a benchmark for the Intel Corei7-3520m, but rather the 3525m. I checked on Intel's website and it doesn't exist, yet fudzilla.com said it did in Q3 2012. So what happened to it? Was it never released?

3520m at intels http://ark.intel.com/products/64893
Then again if you are meaning the 3525m then they most likely renamed it 3540m which is 0.1GHz faster than the 3520m
