Upgrade or not???

Is replacing my old processor and upgrading to a fx 8150 bulldozer or a i5 2500k is worth it with this spec....

currently i play games like max payne 3,crysis 2,gta 4 on close 2 ultra settings with 35+ fps.....will my fps increase if i upgrade my processor?????plz suggest me guys and sry fr my bad english...

No, I don't think it's worth it. Your GPU is probably still your bottleneck in most games. You've got a fairly balanced build, so it'd be pretty expensive to do an upgrade because you'd have to do the CPU, motherboard and GPU. Your motherboard supports neither Bulldozer nor Intel processors (Bulldozer would take AM3+, and you're AM3).
I'd wait another year or so unless you feel like spending a whole bunch of money ($600 or so).
Your English is pretty good. Just stop using so many ellipses (...) and cut the abbreviations.
