My CPU isn't performing at all!

My CPU is the Phemon II X6 1100t running at 3.3 GHZ.

Whenever I test it in the 3Dmark vantage, I always get something around 15,000 for my CPU score. But other people with the exact same specs get 50,000! Why is my CPU lacking so bad? Even my GPU is underscoring very badly!

Have you considered to be another part of your computer?

I don't know what could be bottle-necking it. Everything seems fine. Idk how I should check my parts.
