Where is my new thread gone ? Deleted ?

Just added few minutes ago a new thread here saw it for few minutes now its gone.
Strange.

Did i do something wrong ?

Your thread could not be opened, I kept being redirected back to the front page.

Is that a bug in the forum or in my pc or its just im a new in the forums so i can post yet ?

I'm assuming that it is either a bug or the devs messing about with something as there has been about twenty new threads posted that cannot be viewed but some new ones can.
