More about 5800k issues
  1. I would say judging from messing with my cuz's one and from other reviews, the a10 should hit about 4.4ghz

You may run into issue before 4.4 with the stock cooler though so I would suggest getting a AMC like the 212 EVO if you want a highish OC

Different MB but still an a10 OC guide

Yea i forgot to say that I got the 212 EVO because I was planing to seriously OC, but then when I tried OC there was starting to have some artifacts in Minecraft.
  3. Are you running the integrated graphics or discrete?
  4. Paired with a 6670
  5. so what have you tried so far?
  6. 4.2-4.5GHz 4.5-5.0 if I remember good and now I'm on 4.2-4.2 and at one point I tried the X-Boost of motherboard and had same issues the Voltage was always at 1.36325 if I remember (normal is 1.35)
  7. after you do an OC you should check your temps with hwmonitor, realtemp or coretemp while running prime95 or intel burn test

if its stable then, you should not have issues in game
  8. Does 3D mark works?
  9. 3dmark could i guess if you loop it alot and on max settings

prime95 is a free download just saying :P
  10. I don't know where to download...
  11. http://files.extremeoverclocking.com/file.php?f=205

here a link to an older version of prime95 64bit
  12. Thank you very mush you've been very helpfull
  13. Well a last question, how do I use it...
  14. I think I messed up myself... I just remember that the system wasn't booting over 4.2GHz base clock speed
  15. it should be a zip file

extract it to a folder and run the prime85 exe
choose just stress testing and small fft'sor the blend test

be sure to stop all workers when you want to stop prime95 (clicking the x an closing the window does not stop prime95)

you may need a minor voltage boost or your temps are to high or just a bad chip
  16. Crap yea I see my processor is 100%. Well I can't find prime95... Magnificient!
  17. Cool I found thx but now for the the system that don't want to boot do you have an idea?
  18. try clearing CMOS,

and don't OC the GPU part of the processor, since it linked with the discrete in dual mode..
  19. CMOS?

The small button shaped battery on your motherboard :) Pluck it out after switching the system off. Keep if out for about 3 minutes, and then put it back in.
Be sure to set the date and time after starting up your system again :)
  21. Ho thanks a lot I think I gonna be OK you've been very helpfull.
