Cougar CMX PSU

I'm looking for a new PSU for my setup, whick will be:

i5 3570k (plan on a 4.2 GHz OC)
Z77-GD65 Mobo
Gtx 660 Ti (will add another one next year for SLI)
Corsair H60, plus 4 more fans

Will this PSU be good enough for my setup?

Does anyone have some experience with Cougar fonts?
Do they use good quality componenets?
Are the fans loud?
It says the rail is a "dynamic multi 12v". Will this be a problem?

ya. i looked into it...made by HEC..they make some ocz psu's...not a terrible psu
i there a reason you HAVE to buy this?

They appear to be an alright unit according to this review, just make sure you get the V2 version.

I wanted it because its orange and matches my color scheme.
