Suggest graphics card to play GTA4 & may support Gta5 in INR. 10000

GTA 4 and GTA 5 (The trailer and the newly released screenshots) have really made me crazy to play them. I have asked my parents for a new graphics card and they have agreed. Please suggest me a perfect Graphics Card that will allow me to play these games. Budget is about Indian Rs 10000 or USD 3000.

I currently have
Intel(R) 82945G Express Chipset Family graphics card: Minimum Graphics Memory: 8 MB; Maximum Graphics Memory: 256 MB;
Windows 7 Ultimate.
2Gb Ram
Asus P5GC Motherboard

Intel Core 2 Duo @ 2.4Ghz

Also tell me if I have to upgrade any other hardware too.

I would take the last one i think.

BUT, we need to know your psu before we can give a safe advice. What brand / model, how many watts and how many amps on the +12Vrail.

What power supply are you running currently? GTAIV is going to run slowly anyway because of your processor. GTAIV doesn't run well on computers in general.
