Thinking about upgrading my EVGA GTX 470 and squeezing what life I can outta my system. Would the GTX 660ti be a substantial upgrade with my current setup? or better off going with GTX 670?

I'm mainly going to be playing Guild Wars 2. Running on avergae around 30-45fps+ on mostly high settings currently.

Current system:
Intel Q9550 OC 3.4ghz
EVGA 750i FTW MOBO
EVGA GTX 470
Corsair 8GB DDR2 4-4-4-12
Corsair 750w PSU

CPU going to bottleneck me?

Thanks in advance.

You can take a look at a benchmark comparison here and decide if it's worth it for yourself. You can also compare the 670 to your 470.

If you are worried that you are being limited by your CPU, you can try turning down the detail and/or resolution in a game. If the FPS goes up, your GPU is what's holding you back. If they stay fairly consistent as you turn off things like AA and turn tn the resolution down, you are CPU limited.

My guess is that an OC'd quad core, even from a few generations ago, shouldn't hold you back too much. You might see some problems in massive raids when your CPU is trying to keep track of where 100+ of your guild members are and what they are doing, but for standard gameplay you should be fine.

The 670 is a BOMB! But I recommend you go with the 7950 :)
