Lenovo g585 no bluetooth installed

hello, I have a newly started lenovo and i find out that i cannot connect bluetooth-wise, nor do i see my wifi connections.

since i have no clue whatsoever, can anyone be of kind assistance and tell me what i should do before trying to restore, or to bring to the service men?

this said, you don't want to know what i think of windows 8...it's like '98, but worse. )

Shut down and then start up again. Do not do a restart, do an actual shutdown.

See if that restores the connection.

toggle f2 when you booting and under the bios look for wireless wlan and make sure it says enabled. this pc does not support Bluetooth either
