How to block google from logging in automatically

I have noticed that when logging in to youtube I also get automatically logged into google.com, which is very annoying. I don't want to have google signing me in and monitoring my search habits.

So my question is; how can I block google from signing me in as I sign in on youtube?

You must log out of Google when you are done.
