What should I upgrade first?

I was wondering which I should upgrade first? I like to game and was thinking graphics card would probably the best place to start but my rig is not exactly the best all around. Generally speaking, I would not want to spend more than $200 on any of the upgrades individually, and would like to save as much as possible. Your help would be much appreciated as I had this custom built for me about 2 years ago for under 300 bucks and would like to upgrade it myself this time.

you will probably need a PSU upgrade to go with your GPU. something like the antec neo eco or corsair CX 400-500w PSU with an AMD 7770

im guessing you mass sale PC (HP, DELL, acer, etc.,) so that will limit CPU upgrades with the BIOS

I had it custom built for me from a buddy about 2 years ago, so its not an hp or dell or any brand for that matter.
