I often find that "many people" don't always know what they are talking about and just like to spread vague rumours. I prefer hard facts to speculation.

The guys over at Guru3D.com do pretty extensive SLI testing. They have 2 and 3way SLI reviews for:

Inno3D GeForce GTX 660 Ti 3GB ICHILL Editon
EVGA GeForce GTX 660 Ti SC edition
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 660 Ti Windforce OC
Palit GeForce GTX 660 Ti Jetstream
MSI GeForce GTX 660 Ti Power Editon OC

I suggest you read through them and see if there are any comments regarding SLI issues with the card.

  3. People say it's bad for SLI because in scenarios where you need that much graphics power (e.g. above 1080p), the 192-bit memory bus hinders the card's performance more substantially than it does at low-ish resolution like 1080p, making other setups like 7950 Crossfire or 670 SLI much better options.
