My main question is whether I want to go ahead with the MOBO I picked or go with ASROCK Z77 extreme.

I really like ASRock mobo's. They let you OC really easily and have all the "bells and whistles" of other mobo's.

Another note, with those high end parts and OC'ing + SLI in mind, your cutting it close to max power draws I believe. But you'll only get close to max power requirements of ur system IF u SLI and OC a lot. Otherwise, good rig!
