New build, is my old PSU ok?

Thanks in advance!

I'm upgrading my system (finally), and planning out my build. I'm curious if I need to buy a new power supply, or if my current one will suffice (in which case I can throw that money elsewhere in the build).

Will be used for gaming, lightroom/photoshop/premiere, and [insert general non-intensive PC time-wasting activity here]. Open to the idea of overclocking, but wouldn't be going nuts. No plans to crossfire/sli.

Current PSU is a CoolerMaster Real Power Pro 750W (specs at bottom). Has been running fine for 3 years.

Proposed specs of new rig (narrowed it down but still deciding on a few things):
CPU: i5 3570k
GPU: HD7950 or GTX660 (or something in this ~300 range)
MB: ASUS P8Z77-V LK or Gigabyte UD3H
SSD: Samsung 840 Pro 128gb or Samsung 840 250gb
HDD: whatever i can get a deal on in the ~1TB range, plus maybe an old drive for backup
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws X 2x8 1600

other components
ASUS blu-ray burner
ASUS PCIe-N15 network card
ASUS Xonar DX sound card (maybe)

So, will my old PSU work fine? Or do I need a new one? Is this due to new efficiency improvements, needing additional power, or something else?
IF I need a new one, what power level do I need?

Also open to general comments on proposed build.

Thanks!

^ +1 - agree & you have one of the very few Coolermaster PSU models

Terrific, thank you. I spent a little extra on it back in the day in hopes to futureproof some, glad to see that in this case it actually worked out.
